I'm worried I don't have time for this. Can I go at my own pace or do I need to carve out time, week by week?

No need to worry! This course is designed for you to go at your own pace, and to save you time in the long run. The course launches in Spring 2022 and content will be released over a 6-week period to help you learn and apply knowledge in manageable chunks. All course content is available for access anytime 24/7, once released. You have complete control over whether you want to do it in 6-weeks, or take as long as you need to.

How long will I have access to the course content? Will it expire?

There is no expiration date! The content will remain available for you indefinitely. While I reserve the right to add, tweak, and re-record the content to make the course better, once you're in, you're in! I am committed to your success and welcome you to continue to benefit from the course's improvements.

I want to renovate a commercial property or rental property. Will this program still work for me?

Yes. While this program was developed with principal homeowners in mind, the lessons can apply to any property owner. So long as you are doing a project where you need to hire others to get the job done, this course will benefit you greatly to step into the role of an empowered Client / Boss / Benefactor of Construction.

I am very busy. How much time will I need to carve out to do this course?

This is a "go at your own pace" type course so the time commitment will vary for each person. Generally, I suggest you budget 2-hours per week to consume the lessons and content. That would include watching all the lessons, and spending time to do the worksheets or use the tools. That said, the course also serves as a springboard for your own internal clarity so some students may want to spend more or less time working on certain areas, depending on your interests and personal targets.
