We partner with Re:modern, an award-winning design firm to offer these consultations. Consultations are done 1:1 time with Mona, a California-licensed architect with extensive experience in transforming older homes, as well as building ground-up. Coaching is done remotely and for educational and navigational purposes only. It is meant to supplement and not replace services by your local architect, who will be able to address project specifics and conditions outside of homeowner coaching.

3. We will ask you to fill out a questionnaire ahead of each Deep Dive consultation. This will help guide our consultation and make sure we are addressing your needs within the allotted time.

4. Follow the log-in instructions we provide you for the day of the consultation. Supporting materials will be emailed to you.
